The highlight of our GBKA calendar!

As the beekeeping season draws to a close it’s time to celebrate all of our hard work. For those of you lucky enough to have honey to enter, there are 10 competitive honey classes which will be judged by our visiting judge. There are also many other classes, ranging from photography to decorative items relating to bees and bee keeping, and lots of baking classes. If you are a member of the GBKA there is no reason not to have a go and enter! There are some truly beautiful Trophies to be won.

Judging will take place in the morning between 9-12, when the show will be closed to members and to the public. The show will open for general viewing at noon, when the results of the 44 classes will be announced.

Members are also invited to the Honey Show Dinner, which will be held on the evening of the show. Details to follow……..
